一． CFA考试学习计划
我们将公司金融的学习安排在DAY 53-58， 也就是 从 8月30日到 9月4日 ，共6天。各位尽可能的参考下面给到各位的学习计划按部就班走下去，相信这门课程可以轻松愉快的拿到A的好成绩。

Reading 38 Working Capital Management
Reading 34 Corporate Governance
1） R37-R38 为考试次重点章节，需完成对应原版书课后题习题

二． CFA考试知识点
1. 总框架
公金就是站在企业管理层角度，一共就说了两件事情：如何赚钱和如何管理
2. 如何赚钱 （考10题左右）
企业要想赚钱，得先有好项目。所以第一步，我们要借助评估项目的工具来为企业在大千世界花最少的钱，做最优的项目。那么 Reading 35 Capital Budget 资本预算其实就在说这么一个事情。
第二步 选好项目，我们就得为项目融资，这样才能启动项目哦。那么企业的融资渠道有哪些，分别的融资成本又多少？ 这是我们需要在这步中做深入考思考哒。这个话题 我们会在Reading 36 Cost of Capital 资本成本中进行讨论。核心内容就是框架图中 WACC呢！
3. CFA考试如何管理
（考8题左右，R34 Governance 最多仅考1-2题，简单了解即可）

财报重难点2：Long-lived Assets（长期资产）

Capitalizing&Expensing
从一级的角度，长期资产里面，它主要涉及了一个非常重要的核心理念，就是两种会计处理的辨析，一个叫capitalizing，还有一个叫expensing，前者是资本化，后者是费用化，所谓资本化，就是一项费用发生的时候，我们不把它作为利润表里的费用扣除，而是列式到资产负债表作为资产端。那么对于费用化来说，那么这个做账就很简单，直接把它作为当期的费用在利润表中体现出来。

Capitalizing vs. Expensing
这张图为大家归纳了资本化和费用化对三张报表的影响，希望大家能够进行记忆。为了更好的理解该知识点，我们做一道题：

A. lower net income.
B. lower total assets.
C. higher cash flow from operating activities.
Answer:C Alpha资本化而Beta费用化该笔支出，那么对于Alpha公司而言， net income会更高， total assets也会更高，而资本化的支出归为CFI,所以CFI的outflow更高，那么CFI的净额就会比较低，而Total cash flow是一样的，所以CFO的净额就比较高。
CFA考试重难点二
Tangible assets - Depreciation
长期资产的折旧在CFA考试中一共考三种方法，分别是Straight-line depreciation（直线折旧法）Accelerated depreciation（加速折旧法）Units of production（产量折旧法），这张图为大家归纳了三种折旧方式的具体计算，下面我们做一道题巩固一下：
A company purchases a piece of equipment for €1,500. The equipment is expected to have a useful life of five years and no residual value. The depreciation method yielding the lowest operating profit on the equipment in the first year of use is:
A. straight line.
B. units of production.
C. double-declining balance.
Answer:C
直线折旧法：1500/5=300
双倍折旧法：1500*0.4=600
产量折旧法：1500*0.15=225
