2019年6月第一阶段报名时间2018年8月中旬开始，截止到2018年10月10日，考试费650$
2019年6月第二阶段报名时间截止时间2019年2月13日，考试费950$
2019年6月第三阶段报名时间截止时间2019年3月13日，考试费1380$
