在正规高等院校，要取得至少本科学历，或者在社会上接受相当本科教育（CFA零基础能不能考，难不难），或者经历或工作经历，通过CFA一级考试或通过协会的CFA自我测试标准。
1.拥有四年与投资相关工作经验
2.申请加入CFA考试分会，CFA分会会员身份虽是自愿申请但协会强烈建议申请加入
3.同意遵守并签署协会会员协议与《职业操守声明》
4.交纳CFA会员费
5.遵守OFAC法律政策。根据法律规定禁止某些国家居民加入CFA协会（CFA考试科目考纲框架）。
