1.CFA考试和FRM考试相同点
CFA考试知识体系包含资本市场（债券，衍生品），数学统计，CFA考试以及资产组合管理。对于相同的知识点，FRM 的深度和广度介于 CFA Level 1 与 Level 2 之间（CFA考试一级课程怎么样？）。
2.CFA考试和FRM考试不同点
1）CFA 偏向投资，更加全面，包含了FRM考试没有的财务分析、股票投资、经济学、FRM考试职业道德等。包含的知识点数倍于 FRM。FRM考试但对于一个基金经理，这些都是必要的知识。另外 CFA 里的道德部分看似鸡肋，实际上却是了解西方人职业观很好的途径。
2）FRM 偏向风险管理，定量（Quantitative）的比重更大（CFA考试在校大学生怎么考？）。FRM考试对于市场/操作/信用风险的讲解更加深入。FRM中巴塞尔协议的部分在商业银行之外的地方恐怕无法用到，FRM考试但商业银行非常欢迎有巴塞尔协议经验的人（CFA考试报名条件）。
