对于CFA二级考纲，没有发生变化科目主要是：财务报表分析，权益投资，其他类投资，固定收益投资。
Quantitative Methods，Corporate Finance 和 Portfolio Management 部分对于考试知识点删减和增加有较多改动，并且在 Ethics 和 Derivatives CFA章节有部分调整。

· Ethics 中 SS2 CFA考纲删除原 Reading 3，新增了新 Reading 3 并放入 SS1；同时CFA考纲删除了整个 SS2；
· Quantitative Methods 中原先 Reading 6 Correlation and Regression 中样本协方差，样本相关系数和散点图以及相关性分析等CFA考纲内容现在CFA考纲删除，新增了 Reading 7 Machine Learning 和 Reading 8 Big Data Projects 两个CFA章节；
· Deribatives CFA考纲删除了1个 Reading；
· Corporate Finance CFA考纲删除了1个 Reading，并且改写了1个 Reading，改写 Reading 包含4个考试知识点；
· Portfolio Management CFA考纲删除了 R46 The Portfolio Management Process and the Investment Policy Statent 和 R51 Algorithmic Trading and High-Frequency Trading。新增了 R43 Exchange-Traded Funds：Mechanics and Applications 和 R48 Trading Costs and Electronic Markets。（CFA零基础通过CFA容易吗），（CFA持证人总人数与中国CFA人数）
