2020CFA考纲变化具体一览表（CFA二级）

对于CFA二级考纲，没有发生变化的科目主要是：财务报表分析、权益投资、其他类投资、固定收益投资。
Quantitative Methods，Corporate Finance 和 Portfolio Managerment 部分对于考点的删减和增加有较多的改动，并且在 Ethics 和 Derivatives 的CFA科目章节有部分调整。
CFA科目内容变化：
Ethics 中 SS2 CFA考纲科目删除原 Reading 3，CFA考纲新增了新的 Reading 3 并放入 SS1；同时CFA考纲科目删除了整个 SS2；
Quantitative Methods 中原先 Reading 6 Correlation and Regression 中的样本协方差、样本相关系数和散点图以及相关性分析等CFA科目内容现在CFA考纲科目删除，CFA考纲新增了 Reading 7 Machine Learning 和 Reading 8 Big Data Projects 两个CFA科目章节；
Deribatives CFA考纲科目删除了1个 Reading；
Corporate Finance CFA考纲科目删除了1个 Reading，并且改写了1个 Reading，改写的 Reading CFA考纲包含4个考点；
Portfolio Management CFA考纲科目删除了 R46 The Portfolio Management Process and the Investment Policy Statent 和 R51 Algorithmic Trading and High-Frequency Trading。CFA考纲新增了 R43 Exchange-Traded Funds：Mechanics and Applications 和 R48 Trading Costs and Electronic Markets。（人大在校CFA考试方向班，CFA专业校内班）
