CFA（Chartered Financial Analyst）特许金融分析师（CFA考试时间公布，在职考CFA晚不晚），CFA Institute前身是Association for Investment Management and Research (简称AIMR)，CFA协会由1947年成立的金融分析师联盟（CFA和FRM考试有什么区别），于1962年成立的特许金融分析师学院 (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts)，（CFA考试和FRM考试区别）于1990年合并而成立，并于2004年5月正式易名为CFA Institute。
